Pre-production
Before cutting the fabric, we will check quality of the bulk fabric to make sure the fabric is with good quality.
Once fabric is good, the fabrics will be shrunken on the machine to reduce the shrinkage problems.
Bulk production
We will start the bulk production once final samples are confirmed by you.
Normally, it takes about 3-6 weeks for bulk production, which depends on the exact order quantity.
Quality checking
We do 3 times quality checking during the whole process.
1st quality checking is during production. When the goods on the production line, our QC will check its quality. 2nd quality checking: before ironing. 3rd quality checking: after ironing.
Packaging
We will use our standard poly bag or customized poly bag to pack the clothing. All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed as per customers’ requirements.
